{"id":19611,"date":"2020-12-23T10:55:40","date_gmt":"2020-12-23T09:55:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/competenciesiepd.blog.pangea.org\/?p=19611"},"modified":"2021-11-09T09:55:49","modified_gmt":"2021-11-09T08:55:49","slug":"eina-per-avaluar-la-perspectiva-de-genere-en-la-docencia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/competenciesiepd.blog.pangea.org\/es\/eina-per-avaluar-la-perspectiva-de-genere-en-la-docencia\/","title":{"rendered":"Herramienta para evaluar la perspectiva de g\u00e9nero en la docencia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Grupo de Educaci\u00f3n y G\u00e9nero Facultad Ciencias de la Educaci\u00f3n UAB<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Descripci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Esta herramienta ofrece un marco conceptual para:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>incorporar la perspectiva de g\u00e9nero en diferentes contextos educativos;<\/li>\n<li>reflexionar cr\u00edticamente sobre c\u00f3mo influye la propia subjetividad en la docencia;<\/li>\n<li>identificar potencialidades y debilidades en el planteamiento de los contenidos, metodolog\u00edas, evaluaci\u00f3n y organizaci\u00f3n del espacio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Como se ha elaborado<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El documento se ha elaborado de manera col\u00b7laborativa entre alumnado, personal docente e investigador, y personal de administraci\u00f3n y servicios. Cada quien, desde su perspectiva y posici\u00f3n, ha contribuido de forma muy significativa a conducir este proceso de construcci\u00f3n inclusiva y hol\u00edstica de las diferentes dimensiones que conformen esta herramienta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En qu\u00e9 casos\/escenarios es pertinente utilizarla<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dimensiones clave para materializar la perspectiva de g\u00e9nero en la educaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/competenciesiepd.blog.pangea.org\/files\/2020\/11\/QUIEN.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-19642\" (max-width: 931px) 100vw, 931px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Estas dimensiones no son excluyentes, sino que se interseccionan para poner de manifiesto el alcance de la llamada \u201cperspectiva de g\u00e9nero\u201d, evitando de simplificaciones, para buscar una verdadera transformaci\u00f3n feminista-queer de la educaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Para cada dimensi\u00f3n se proponen unos elementos anal\u00edticos clave y unos aspectos a tener en cuenta a la hora de analizar la pr\u00e1ctica docente, tal como resumimos en las siguientes tablas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elementos de
